FAQ - Graduate Supplies

When will I get my Senior Order?
At this time of year certain senior gear products are mailed to your home such as hoodies, memory tassels, keychains, t-shirts, etc. Items ship in about 7 business days.

When will I get my Announcement Order?
If you ordered announcements they will begin shipping in January and they ship in 15-20 business days to your home.

When will I get my Yard Sign Order?
Yard Signs ship to your home in about 10-15 business days.

When will I get my Frame/Shadow Box Order?
Frames and Shadow Boxes ship to your home in about 3 weeks.

I placed my order online and didn’t receive an order confirmation?
First check your spam/junk folder. Second check your bank/credit card to make sure the charge went through. If you didn't receive an email confirmation and/or the charge didn’t go through, then your order has not been placed.

What if one of my Senior items doesn't fit (too big or too small)?
If you ordered a senior gear item (hoodie, t-shirt, etc.) and it is too big or too small, you can exchange the item for a different size as long as it is in its original packaging and hasn't been worn or washed. You will mail it back to our office with the following information included inside the package - A. Student Name B. High School Name C. Order Number D. Mailing Address D. Phone Number E. Email Address F. Written directions for the exchange such as, I need to exchange this for a Medium or I need to exchange this XL for a 2XL. ***Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will mail out the new item.

Return/Refund Policy
Graduation items must be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the product and must be unused and in original packaging. There are no refunds after your graduation date. No refunds on any personalized products or any year-dated Fine Paper products
