FAQ - Cap & Gown

When will I get my Cap & Gown Order?
Your cap and gown unit will be delivered to your school in the spring. Check our website www.hjvirginia.com under your school’s name to see the delivery date information. If you ordered your cap and gown after the in-school delivery date your order will ship to your home in 7-10 business days. WE SHIP BASED ON GRADUATION DATES SO YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER BEFORE GRADUATION.

Return/Refund Policy
Graduation items must be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the product and must be unused and in original packaging. There are no refunds after your graduation date.

What if my student forgot to pick up their Graduation order at school during the in-school delivery event?
If you missed the senior delivery you should first check with your school to see if they kept the orders that weren't picked up. Most of our schools hold on to the senior orders that weren't picked up. If a school doesn't keep the orders that weren't picked up then they are brought back to our office in Powhatan. They can be picked up here in our office, or you can call the office and pay $10.00 to have it mailed to your home.

How do I measure my student for their Cap & Gown?
Cap & Gowns sizes are determined by the student’s height and weight. If you are ordering online, it will prompt you to enter this information towards the end of checkout. Our caps are one size fits all.
